Gems in Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms are special items that can be socketed into equipment to add perks or improve their stats. Gems come in two shapes: Rounded Gems which can be socketed into Weapons to improve their offensive capabilities, and Square Gems which can be socketed into Armor and Shields to improve their defensive capabilities. Only equipment with Sockets can be infused with Gems.
Acquiring Gems in Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms
Gems can be purchased from Enchanters at any of the Capital Cities. They can also be rewarded through Quests, obtained as Loot when completing Fighting Areas or finding them as treasure out in the world.
Socketing Gems in Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms
Gems can be socketed through the Crafting Tab while at an Enchanter's shop. You will need to have Equipment with the appropriate Sockets, as well as sufficient Gold to pay the fee in order to infuse them with Gems.
