Health is a Stat in Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms. Stats refer to various properties that govern your character's strengths and weaknesses, as well as how they are affected by interactions in and out combat. Health is the value of your character's wellbeing.
Health Stat Information in Alaloth
- The Health Stat is represented as your current and maximum Health Points. It determines the amount of damage you can take before falling in combat.
- Your Health is one of the most prominent stats and is always displayed on the HUD while in Fighting Areas. It is represented by a red bar that depletes as you take damage.
- When your Health is reduced to 0, you are defeated and you will resurrect in the nearest Shrine with all your currently equipped Weapons, Armor and Accessories taking 1 point of Durability damage. 3 days will also have passed.
- Health can be restored while in combat by using Consumables, Healing Skills and other effects.
How to increase the Health Stat in Alaloth
The Health Stat can be increased a number of ways:
- Improving your Constitution Stat increases your max Health by 50 per point invested. This can be done by spending one Stat Point after leveling up.
- Unlocking the Survivor Trait provides a passive +75 Max Health bonus. This can be done by spending one Trait Point after leveling up.
- Choosing Tutem or Vaizmil as your Deity of worship during Character Creation will provide a passive Health boost. Choosing the All-Father will grant you the Gift of the All-Father accessory which also grants a large Health boost.
- Some Weapons, Armor and Accessories provide a Health boost.
- Consuming certain Cooked Dishes before combat can also boost Health temporarily.
