Heilbrond is one of the Legacy Houses in Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms. This family claims it can trace its bloodline back to the great champion Tamman The Hammer, son of King Nechtan. Renowned for their great size and strength, the Heilbrond served as the shields (bodyguards) of King Lothas - and suffered the consequences of this in 965 TE at the Bleeding of Taburh Keep, a massacre that to this day is spoken as a curse in Edherest.
