Shrines in Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms are places of worship dedicated to the many Deities of Plamen, found in remote Locations all across the world. Shrines function primarily to resurrect the player when defeated in combat. When killed in this manner, players will be transported automatically to the nearest Shrine and given a few penalties. Players can also reset their Stat, Trait and Skill points at Shrines. This page covers a list of all the Shrines in the game as well as the mechanics of resurrection and other features.

Another function of Shrines is to allow players to reallocate their Stat, Trait and Skill Points. Players can offer up an Orb of Chaos at the altar to reset these characteristics. Orbs of Chaos are special items that can be purchased from certain Merchants, obtained as loot for completing Fighting Areas, as rewards for completing Quests or finding them out in the world.
